I talked to Liliana last night and she has figured out that.... hello! she never comes over to the apartment she's paying rent on.... I mean NEVER! she will keep paying rent till I find another roommate.
I think I will spread the news by word of mouth this time.... I wanna yoga roomy, like my BRITEW!

Anonymous's cheese sandwich that he makes for himself and BRITW...
Whole grain bagette, toasted on both top and bottom half. Sometimes i rub it down with a garlic clove.
Brie, port salut, or some other soft flavorful cheese
Sunflower or some other crisp sprouts
Seedless English cucumber
Sliced avacado
Fire roasted red and yellow peppers.
Optional grilled portabella slices basted with balsamic and olive oil.
Maybe some whole seed french mustard or horseradish or some other dressing like a balsamic vinagerette.
Thats how i'm rollin.
dam! no wonder she left me for you-I can only manage two or maybe three fixins at once!

I would also like to give props to Pittsburgh's Permanti Brothers 3 Cheese melt.
Provolone, Munster and Swiss cooked on a flatop grill so that the bottom layer is slightly crisped and the tops are melted.
Scraped off the grill onto thick cut whole grain deli bread.
Topped with a scrambled egg, french fries, and coleslaw.
I prefer to compress mine down from 9 inches tall to a managable height, then drench in Frank's Red Hot.
Heaven.
