today is opening day for the Detroit Tigers! they're at 6-1 for the season so far, and the first home game is today, a day game. it's supposed to be perfectly gorgeous, 60 degrees and sunny. lucky for my boss, who's going. lucky duck!

I'm never all that bummed about missing Opening Day in Detroit.
Tomorrow all these people at today's game will go back to not caring about baseball, and tomorrow's 1:05 game will have paid attendance of around 6,000.
that's what I suspected.... I'd happily be a regular if it meant I could sit in the sun on a Monday afternoon....
ps: upon review, anon, I find your comment rather cynical considering it is coming from someone who threw out a considerable number of complimentary tickets last season!!!!!!
